1. Product Approval & Source Code Access

Once your payment is approved by Admin and access to the digital ZIP download package or Software License Key is granted in your Customer Dashboard (/account), NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2. Before Making a Purchase

We strongly encourage all buyers to carefully review the product features, live demo links, system requirements (PHP version, database, server extensions), and documentation provided on the product page prior to completing payment.

3. Pre-Approval Cancellation Exception

If your order status is still Pending Payment Verification and download access has NOT been delivered to your dashboard, you may request a pre-approval cancellation by contacting our Live Support Chat thread.
