1. Digital Products License

All templates, source codes, and digital assets purchased from Voovi DigiStore are granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial project use. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of these assets is strictly prohibited.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, access is granted immediately upon admin verification of your transaction. Therefore, our refund policy is strictly structured as follows:

• Approved Orders (Strictly Non-Refundable): Once your payment reference (UTR/Transaction ID) is reviewed and approved by the Administrator, the download link is unlocked on your dashboard. From this point onward, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances as you have already gained access to the digital files.
• Pending / Unapproved Orders (Refundable): If your transaction is still pending review and has not yet been approved by the admin, you are eligible to request a cancellation and refund. To request a refund for a pending order, please contact the administrator via the WhatsApp support link provided on your dashboard, mentioning your UTR and registered account details.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

We collect standard information required to register your account and process orders:

• Username and Email address for account management.
• WhatsApp number to send instant purchase activation alerts and facilitate administrator support chat.
• We do not store credit card or bank account details. All payments are verified manually via user-submitted UPI Ref IDs/UTRs.
